“How do I decide the bus fare?” 」

Fare (time system + kilometer system) + fee (alternate driver arrangement, late night and early morning, special vehicle) + actual cost (guide fee, toll road usage fee, parking fee, crew accommodation fee, etc.) will be determined. Click here for details ↓

“If I book a bus, will I get a bus guide?” 」

Basically, it will be displayed without a bus guide. If you wish, a separate fee will be required.

“What is included in the bus fare?” 」

Includes fuel economy. Tolls on toll roads, parking fees, accommodation fees for crew members in the event of accommodation, or other special burdens, or if you wish to be a guide, you will be charged the actual cost.

“Is there a discount system?” 」

There is a discount system for organizations that are eligible for long-term discounts, large discounts, welfare laws for the physically handicapped, and child welfare laws. However, it is not possible to fall below the lower limit of the ded fare.

“When should I pay for the bus?” 」

Prepayment, same-day payment, and payment at a later date are OK.

About the reservation

“How many days in advance can I make a reservation?” Can I make a reservation on the day? 」

We will accept from 1 year ago. If the date is decided, please make a reservation as soon as possible. Please be especially early during the busy season. For same-day bookings, there is room until your departure time and there is no problem if there is room on the bus. Please do not give up and contact us.

“If I cancel after booking, will I be charged a cancellation fee?” 」

In case of cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the following cancellation fees apply depending on the time of cancellation.

The cancellation fee is as follows.

  • 14 to 8 days before the dispatch date … 20%
  • From 7 days to 24 hours ago … 30%
  • After 24 hours (the day before the day of use)… 50%
  • On the day … 100%

How to use
